Project | Home Security System

Built a Home security system complete with an LED light, motion sensor, and a buzzer. Connected the circuits onto an Arduino Board and uploaded code to blink and beep when motion is detected. It then sends the data to notify the homeowner of an intruder alert.

Monitoring Room
Project 2

Built a temperature and humidity sensor circuit. Created some data from the sensor and wrote code to cleanse, manipulate and analyze the data. Using that data was able to create a visual of the data to ask questions about what happened and why. Based on that information was capable of making predictions as well.

Drone with Camera

Built a Two traffic light circuit with a crosswalk and a buzzer. I chose also to add an infrared motion sensor as well as tow buttons. When one button is pressed it prompts the pedestrian to walk and it displays ten seconds on LCD display. When the other button is pressed it pauses traffic lights for emergency vehicles to pass. Each time the IR motion sensor detects motion it displays walk for the pedestrian.

Downloaded Linux Kernel and completed a series of commands and configurations to build skills and work towards becoming Linux+ Certified.

Networking 191 Final Project

This project I configured IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, assigned them to host and a router, connected a network of devices, and implemented WLAN and was successful at connecting devices directly to SSID.

Networking 211 Final Project 

This project covered all of the Cloud computing capabilities accessed within AWS. Instances, creating a bucket, cloud monitoring, and security measures utilized. 

Python Programming Project

Wrote a program to create a class of stocks. From that class we can extract information about the stock and create a list. Then we are able to pull the information from the internet to create a display chart to visualize the information.

Sec290: Fundamentals of Infrastructure Security

Here we learned how to analyze data and recognize where there is a vulnerability, how to identify and prevent an attacker from cracking the network, how to build and configure a firewall and pen testing techniques.

Sec285 Security Fundamentals

Final Project

This project consisted of encrypting and ecrypting files, building a firewall, multifactor authentication, and a vulnerability assessment using Azure Labs.
